Brad’s journey in insurance began with American International Group, followed by his time at State Farm Insurance from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, he founded Florida Southern Insurance in Naples, FL, building it into a thriving agency over the next decade. In 2020, Florida Southern Insurance became part of the Shapiro and Patriot family, where Brad took on the role of partner and principal agent. A standout moment in Brad’s career came when he led Patriot’s first-ever team to victory at the CIAB Broker Smackdown championship. Additionally, in 2022, Brad completed the Annual Executive Program at Wharton through a partnership with Chubb, further strengthening his leadership expertise.
